### Lunch Yoga Flow
Step away from your busy day and join us for a 60-minute midday Hatha Flow - a mindful break during lunchtime. This class is designed to help you pause, reset the mind, move your body with intention so that you return to your afternoon grounded and energized. Led by Aldona, a dedicated Hatha & Yin yoga teacher who believes in the power of slower, controlled movement connected to the breath. Her teaching style invites you to move gently but with awareness, creating space in your body and calm in your mind.
Whether you're coming from a work at the office, have meetings nearby or just craving a reset, this session is your chance to: loosen up tight muscles, regulate your nervous system, reconnect with yourself and leave feeling lighter, clearer and more present. Accessible for all levels, especially if your schedule doesn’t leave much room for long breaks. Think of it as a nourishing mid-day refresh as a chance to pause, breathe and move before heading back into your day.
