Gentle Hatha Yoga

This class is a gentle invitation to slow down, breathe, and move mindfully. We will hold the poses a little longer to build strength gradually and support alignment and balance. It’s a great class to begin with if you’re new to yoga or if you’re looking for a slower, more focused way to practice.
