Come shake it off on the mat first, and join us for drinks later!

This after-work yoga session focuses on releasing tension, waking up the body, and shifting out of work mode — the perfect way to step into the weekend. Expect active movement, energizing music, and a steady flow to help you reset physically and mentally after the week.

After class, for those who feel like it, we’ll go for a casual drink nearby — totally optional, no pressure. Just a relaxed way to connect, socialize and unwind together.

Regarding the session:

  • Duration 1h, Led in English, All levels welcome.
  • No yoga mat needed, just wear comfortable clothes.
  • Donation-based (starting at 15 CHF). As a new teacher, the amount of the contribution is voluntary, and feedback is very welcome :)
