Led by Anne Eberhardt, this 40hrs Myofascial Release (MFR) Training aims at giving certified yoga teachers or curious practitioners the knowledge, experience & tools to expand their teachings or self-practice to the world of MFR. Offered as a retreat format in the beautiful Lindenbühl in Appenzellerland, this is your chance to immerse into winter slowness.
