Welcome to the Zürich Family Constellations Circle.
There are stories we carry that did not begin with us.
Patterns in relationships, emotions we cannot fully explain, a feeling of being stuck, disconnected, or endlessly repeating the same pain. Family constellations offers a gentle space to look beneath the surface — with compassion, honesty, and care.
This meetup is a space for people who long to understand themselves more deeply, heal old wounds, and reconnect with life in a more grounded and loving way. You do not need any previous experience. Only curiosity, openness, and the willingness to meet yourself exactly as you are.
Together, we gather in a warm and respectful atmosphere to explore the invisible bonds that shape our lives — family dynamics, inherited burdens, relationships, belonging, grief, love, and the quiet wisdom carried through generations.
Through group constellations, sharing circles, and guided exercises, we create space for insight, release, connection, and transformation. Sometimes healing happens through words. Sometimes through being witnessed. Sometimes simply through realizing you are not alone.
