香港今天的國際金融中心地位其實是建基於早期的農業及製造業上,由於經濟轉型,傳統農業以及製造業正在慢慢式微,我們希望透過烹飪製作食物之餘同時採用傳統的本地品牌,讓更多人在享受美食的同時也了解多一點食材背後的故事。
我們也會定期安排專門純素的烹飪班,讓不同飲食習慣的人都可以一同了解本地的飲食文化。

Before acting an international financial center today, Hong Kong economic is heavily based on agriculture and manufacturing in early 20th century. Due to the economic transformation, traditional agriculture and manufacturing are rapidly disappearing. We hope to use traditional local brands to make food through cooking and in the meantime allow more people to learn the story behind the ingredients.
We will also regularly arrange vegan cooking classes so that people with different eating habits can learn about the local food culture together.
