Calling all people with uterus and ovaries!
If you have a uterus and ovaries, regardless of your age, you already know that having hormonal changes can be challenging. However, when we add AUDHD to the game, things can get slightly more fun (NOT REALLY). Not knowing your body and the hormonal changes throughout the month can make you feel even more frustrated and hopeless.
There's more to the hormonal changes than your menstrual cycle, hot flashes and feeling moody before you bleed! But fear not, my friend! Join me in this webinar to gain knowledge and tools and better understand the crazy ride to support your mental and physical health!
Note for men: This is also for you; yes, even though you may not experience the hormonal craziness as we do, you may have a friend, sister, lover or somebody in your life who does. So be brave and join the ride :)
