About us

We are one of the largest foodie group with special emphasis on all Asian cuisines with about 3,000 members. Meet other local foodies at many dining events who wish to share Asian food and explore new Asian restaurants around town. You don't need to be Asian to join, but you do need to love dining on Asian food! We will explore both high end gourmet as well as highly recommended local dives in search of great places to eat and meet like-minded people.

Asian cuisines we will dine on include: Chinese, Thai, Indian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Indonesian, Burmese, Nepalese, Filipino, Korean, Malaysian, Lao, Mongolian, Taiwanese, Pakistani, Turkish, Cambodian, and others.

The emphasis will be on quality food with a pleasant ambiance. Meetups will be scheduled in the San Gabriel Valley, West Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, the South Bay, Long Beach, West Hollywood, Hollywood, Santa Monica, Downtown LA, Little Tokyo, Mid-Wilshire, and Orange County.

A real photo of yourself is requested for membership.

Attendance Policy: If you cancel with less than 48-72 hours, at the discretion of the event host or organizer, you will receive a strike,. If you no show, you will receive a strike. 2 strikes and you are suspended.

I have eaten at 20 dim sum palaces in SoCal. I never counted but it's a lot.

Lunasia flagship restaurant in Alhambra is hands down the BEST.

I have a reservation for Mother's Day on Open Table. I must honor my
reservation so it's best if I know you. Otherwise, I will need a $10 zelle
deposit, refundable in cash at Lunasia.

guesstimate cost is $60 but bring $75 in cash. it is better to have too much than not enough.

la parolaccia makes their own pasta, sauces, and bread, and handcrafts their Roman-style pizzas.

the dish that strikes my fancy is ravioli di astice e gamberetti which is homemade ravioli filled with lobster meat, shrimp and ricotta cheese in a lemoncello liquor cream sauce with cherry tomatoes, shallots and lemon zest.
