About us
A group of trail runners that are as serious about their trail running as the breakfast that follows. We enjoy diversity in our trails, restaurants, and running cohorts. Many runs are in the Boulder area; however we also look to get into the high country as much as possible. Runs are typically on Saturday mornings. The duration varies from about 2 hour to 4+ depending on location, group fitness, schedules, etc. Terrain can range from easy flat to steep technical. Pace can vary widely however we never let anyone forget why they joined a group.

Run Boulder Valley Ranch
Foothills Trailhead, Broadway St, Boulder, CO, USThis Saturday we will keep it close to Boulder do a "Boulder-flat" and "Boulder-easy" type of run. We will start from the North Foothills Trailhead. This is our usual carpool spot north of Boulder.
ROUTE
The full route will take us out to the Eagle trail via Dege and Hidden Valley trail. We'll loop back on the Sage trail, then north on the Left hand trail around Left Hand Valley Reservoir and Back to North Foothills trailhead via the Cobalt trail. Full distance will be close to 12 miles plus a few out and backs for those looking to extend the distance. Most of the run is on rolling and flat single track with some dirt road sections and a 1.5 mile stretch of paved road. There is a 6 mile loop that skips the Left Hand Valley Reservoir section for those runners looking for a shorter distance.MEET
North Foothills Trailhead at 8:00am – At the intersection of Broadway and Hwy 36, head north on 36 a few hundred feet. Turn right onto the dirt road. Trailhead is a little ways down on your left. If the parking lot fills up there is more parking a few hundred yards down the road where the road forks to the right.CONSIDERATIONS
Starting feels-like temps will be in the 20s so layer up but we should warm up in the sun and shed layers as we go. There could be some snow from Friday on the trails but I don't think we'll need traction. I'll update in the chat should any of that change.Erich Nell
