Join other Pasadena-area real estate investors at our For Investors By Investors meeting which is usual the second Thursday of each month. The Pasadena FIBI group provides an environment for intimate and informative round-table peer discussions on relevant topics and to provide feedback about current deals that members are working on. The second half of the meeting usually includes an update about the economy and what that means to us as investors in today’s financial environment. All FIBI meetings are based on a NO SELLING format, allowing investors—whether seasoned or just starting out—to be free to share about their real estate passions without being bombarded by sales pitches.

Arrive at 6:30 for our 7pm meeting to take advantage of the early networking opportunity and build your team of knowledgeable professionals that can support your investments.
For our March meeting the speaker will be David Coe. He is the Founder and Director of Freedom Growth: Building Wealth Through Real Estate. He is also a FIBI Chapter Leader in the South Bay area. His company Freedom Growth offers a variety of services including pre-vetting passive Real Estate investments. But David himself has a long history in IRA and many uses for the Self Directed IRA. When it comes to a self directed IRA question David is my go to guy and I have used him on a couple of different occasions to help me sort out what I can and cannot do. He is very knowledgeable in his field and I believe is worth listening to.
