Teastas Eorpach na Gaeilge (The European Certificate in Irish)/ Conversational

We are adding a beginners class this year which will run from 3PM to 4 PM on Saturdays followed by the intermediate/advanced class from 4PM to 6PM.

Both will follow the syllabus of Teastas Eorpach na Gaeilge (The European Certificate in Irish), the new syllabus developed by the National University of Ireland and Foras na Gaeilge for adult learners of the language. (www.teg.ie)

It is fully recognized not only by the Irish Department of Education (Irish Government) but by the entire European Union. The emphasis will be on conversational use and the artistic and cultural aspects of the language. (Songs, poetry etc)

We will be using a variety of free materials and also including songs in the Irish language and poems.

Classes are free and involve no expensive materials.
