The purpose of this group is to gain more body awareness through breathing and silence!
We will train our breathing and practice some concentration exercises so to release tension and rigidity, create more silence in our mind and feel more our body. This though simple exercises.
This practice will give you more focus, more concentration and reduce your stress reactions.

How to reduce the control of the mind and give more space to our intuition
In this workshop you will learn practical tools to create greater stillness and concentration. You’ll explore how our excessive control brings us to reduce our ability to face new situations, creates unnecessary physical tensions and limits our ability to tune in in our intuition.
