Fellowship of Freethought Dallas would like to announce the new :

FOFKids Service League.

Now the children of Fellowship of Freethought Dallas have an opportunity to practice service and volunteerism. They themselves get a chance to make a difference and give back to others, while enjoying a chance to visit and work with other FOF Kids on volunteer opportunities and service projects.

By participating in the FoFKids Service League throughout the year, your child will get the chance to make donations, volunteer at gatherings, and do service projects independently and as a group.  Team work,  Responsibility, Giving and Sharing, and lots of other benefits are available to your child when they volunteer.

Each time your child participates in an FoFKids Service League event, they will earn STARS. We will keep track of your child's participation and how many STARS they have earned. These stars will be saved up to earn a Fellowship of Freethought shirt.  Once they have earned their shirts, they can then start saving stars until they have earned enough to pick from The Prize Box. We will also have an ongoing collection of toys and prizes to be donated for the holidays to disadvantaged children.  FoFKids Service League members who earn prizes will also have the opportunity to donate their prize or they can keep it for themselves...whichever they choose!

Many FoFKids Service League Events will include an "AT HOME" project that can be done by members who would like to attend and earn stars, but cannot. Each at home project will have specific instructions as to what is required and how to get your STARS added to your profile.

If you would like your child to participate, simply sign up(rsvp) for the Fellowship of Freethought Dallas Meetup events that are labeled FoFKids Service League.  When you do so, you will be contacted by Roddi Schoneberg, Youth Director, to register your child and receive extra information about the program.

Participation is free, and is for kids AGES 4 -17. Unless otherwise specified on the event page, parents/guardians are required to attend, and are responsible for transportation of their child.

Be ready for the announcement of our first volunteer opportunity.  We look forward to lots of fun working together, serving together and making the world a better place ONE SERVICE PROJECT AT A TIME!

At yourservice,
