Glad my time came to share technics of kundalini yoga in Zurich. Your level and previous experience are not important, lessons contain a lot of explanation not only for exersizes themselves but which is more important for the purpose of it. Kundalini is said to be the oldest yoga and includes practices against depression, stres, adictive behaviours and much more. Finally, we have 3 teachers in one studio at Waldmannstrasse 8, Zurich 8001, Bellvue, so you can chose most suitable course for yourself.
