Sunday Fun-day Run! ***New Time 8:20am***

Due to the hot summer months, let's meet up at 8:20 AM to stretch by the entrance to the Muth Interpretive Center park, across from YMCA and leave at 8:30am sharp.

We typically have 2 groups running:

1. An Intermediate group that does 4-7 miles at a 9-10 min/mile pace

2. An Intermediate/Fast group that does 7-10 miles at a 8-9 min/mile pace
