Salsa Dancing in Ninth Square

Come join us for some outdoor Salsa dancing right in Downtown New Haven! No experience required, so if you're new or just curious about salsa dancing this is the perfect event for you.

We can aim to meet up 30 or so minutes before the event starts to introduce ourselves and chat for a bit prior to the lesson. No pressure if you can't make it right at the start, feel free to come by whenever you can!

The event starts at 6:00 PM with a 1-hour beginner friendly lesson to get familiar with the basics and then around 2 hours of social dancing.

There are usually plenty of small tables with chairs to sit at so we'll have plenty of opportunity to just chat and mingle if you don't feel like dancing the entire time.

The event will be on the Promenade right in front of Elm City Games and Barcade for those familiar with the area. The street will be closed off to cars so you'll have to park on the street on Crown, Chapel, or further down on Orange St.
