Welcome to the 30’s & 40’s Meetup Group of Greenville! This group is for those in the Greenville and Upstate area looking to get out and enjoy downtown, park days, bars & breweries, volunteering outings, sporting events, etc.
Whether you're new to Greenville or have been a long-time resident, the 30's & 40's Meetup Group offers a great opportunity to expand your social circle, discover new places in the community, and enjoy the company of like-minded individuals.

Unity Park- Labor Day Picnic
Unity Park, 320 S Hudson St, Greenville, SC, USLet's do a Labor Day Picnic in the Park evening at Unity!
Keeping our fingers crossed for great weather for picnic time together. We are going to try and gather near the big tree in the middle of the field between the colorful Unity sign and the playground.
I'll have my my pop-up tent to make it easy to spot and provide a little extra shade for those who need it (I'm a ginger, I may need it :). Feel free to bring picnic materials: yard games, frisbees, snacks to munch on, pets who are great with people if temperature permits it.
Don't forget your sunscreen and hydration options!

**Rainy day plan will be to hangout at Southernside's covered patio for yummy food and beverages together! But I'm really hoping for a picnic ;)

Triumph Soccer Game
Bridgeway Station, 1000 Via Corso Avenue,, Simpsonville, SC, USGet ready to yell, "Gooooooooal!" when our hometown Greenville Triumph soccer team takes the field! Come join our crew as we enjoy a game together.
Click this LINK to go to single match tickets. We are gathering for the September 12th game at 7:00pm. We do not have a section reserved for us (because that would be a big ole fee). So, purchase your ticket quickly for the following section:
Looking at the West side (sun sets in the West so we don't have to worry about being blinded by the light), Section 131- closer to the rowdy fans in the endzone. There are a chunk of tickets available for $24.00 each. I'm on Row B, Seat 1 and would love for us to all bunch together as possible! We had a great crew at the last couple of games and would love to run it back.
*If you don't get a seat in that section, hopefully we can still MeetUp at some point that night!
We can definitely meet at Bridgeway a little before and some of you Night Owls can gather after the game too- we'll put those details in the Event Chat as we get closer!

Music Bingo at Double Stamp 🎶🍻
Double Stamp Brewery, 819 Laurens Road,, Greenville, SC, USLet’s jam out and make great connections together at Double Stamp Brewery’s Music Bingo night! This is a fun and funky brewery that has immaculate vibes and always provide a good time
Music Bingo starts at 7:00 but seating is first come first serve so make sure you come a little earlier to nab a seat and grab a brew!
If you are needing eat some dinner as well- HomeTeam BBQ and GreekTown Express share the parking lot so grab you a yummy to go bag.

Biscuit Breakfast
Maverick Biscuit, 2818 Wade Hampton Blvd., Taylors, SC, USWhen people ask me where to find the best biscuits in town- my immediate answer is Maverick Biscuit. This place has a family diner feel, but does some major flavor combinations on biscuits as big as your head.
Join in for an early morning breakfast that will get you fully carbed up for a Sunday Fun day while also meeting new and old connections and building a sense of community together. And yes- they do have great coffee as well.
This is place has indoor and outdoor seating, and it's first come, first serve. You'll order at the counter and then come join the group in the seating area (I'll post in the event's chat where we are.)
