Welcome to the 30’s & 40’s Meetup Group of Greenville! This group is for those in the Greenville and Upstate area looking to get out and enjoy downtown, park days, bars & breweries, volunteering outings, sporting events, etc.
Whether you're new to Greenville or have been a long-time resident, the 30's & 40's Meetup Group offers a great opportunity to expand your social circle, discover new places in the community, and enjoy the company of like-minded individuals.

Let's come together for some ice cream and social time at one of Greenville's best Ice Cream spots in town. This is a great way to explore a different location in Greenville, and build connections with others.

This is a first come, first serve location so please keep that in mind with seating. There is plenty of additional parking available in the church parking lot beside it. See you soon!

Gather's Music Bingo

They have a weekly Music Bingo night that is always a fun time with great music and an easy path of conversation with those around you.

Jack Brown's 5K Challenge
Jack Brown's Beer & Burger Joint, 19 Augusta St., Greenville, SC, USLife is all about balance right? So, lets combine a 5k fun run/walk with some of the best burgers in town!
We are going to meet at Unity Park on the sidewalk outside of Pangea pizza (trail side) at Noon! From there we will run/walk (whatever feels comfortable to you) over to Jack Brown's for a yummy break and then around 1:30ish or whenever you feel ready we turn around and run/walk back to Unity Park.
Here are the details:
The distance equals right around a 5k, but please know there will not be race bibs/timers/trackers. So you can take it at whatever speed is comfortable to you. You can bring well-behaved pets (although be mindful of the temperature for their toes), kids, friends, etc. just know you are responsible for yourself. This is totally just for fun and to add a bit of exercise to a day of yumminess.Jack Brown's menu is short, sweet, and stacked with flavor. Yes, they are known for their smash burgers and beer but they also have plenty of non-alcoholic beverages as well. The menu is linked HERE.
You do not have to eat or drink to participate; you are responsible for paying for anything you purchase- this is just a fun twist for a day out and about together.This event will be shared with other MeetUp groups as well, so it's a great opportunity for connecting with your Greenville Community!

Triumph Soccer Game
Bridgeway Station, 1000 Via Corso Avenue,, Simpsonville, SC, USGet ready to yell, "Gooooooooal!" when our hometown Greenville Triumph soccer team takes the field! Come join our crew as we enjoy a game together.
Click this LINK to go to single match tickets. We are gathering for the July 8th game at 7:00pm. We do not have a section reserved for us (because that would be a big ole fee). So, purchase your ticket quickly for the following section:
Looking at the West side (sun sets in the West so we don't have to worry about being blinded by the light), Section 130- closer to the rowdy fans in the endzone. There are a chunk of tickets available for $28.00 each. I'm on Row A, Seat 7 and would love for us to all bunch together as possible! We had a great crew at the last one and would love to run it back.
*If you don't get a seat in that section, hopefully we can still MeetUp at some point that night!
We can definitely meet at Bridgeway a little before and some of you Night Owls can gather after the game too- we'll put those details in the Event Chat as we get closer!
