Organizations that 501(c)3 and have proper documentation are exempt from this policy, and may post messages in the General Discussion forum. Marketing for volunteer/charity events are also generally exempt from this policy, please contact the Organizer prior to posting.

Join us in celebrating with both our new and old CBPSN friends! Please bring your beach or park games, chairs or blankets, and food or beverages. Since this is a potluck-style gathering, we ask that everyone contribute something. If you're unable to bring a dish, we can arrange for a donation. We will be there until at least 7 PM.
The picnic officially begins at Noon, but feel free to come out early with your blankets and chairs, and pick out a great spot in the park for the entire day! We also need volunteers for the set-up and clean-up crew, and they will be expected to arrive at 11:00 am to reserve our picnic location.
We will be set up in Rainbow Beach Park, approximately half a block south of 75th Street. There is a parking lot accessible when you enter the park from 79th Street, but finding a space on the street, closer to or on 75th Street, will result in a shorter walk.

Adult beverages will be available; please ensure that any guests under 21 years of age are appropriately supervised. Additionally, please note that pets are not permitted unless they are service animals.
Last but not least, don’t forget your mosquito spray and sunblock lotion!
