Harold Wood to Rainham {9 miles}

This is a lovely walk Harold Wood to Rainham along The River Ingrebourne.

You will be walking along tarmac tracks and cycle paths, some country footpaths that can get muddy.

The walk is split into 2 parts, Harold Wood to Upminster Bridge {4 miles}
Upminster Bridge to Rainham {5 miles}

You can either do one of the parts or do both.

Part 1 we will meet in the Cafe Break { as above image} which is opposite
Harold Wood Station at 11 am for a hot drink.

After our hot drink we will walk to HR Cafe at Upminster Bridge for lunch {or you can bring your own}.

After lunch we will walk to Rainham and The Phoenix Pub for a well earned drink., with Rainham Station a few minutes walk away with trains to West Ham, Limehouse and Fenchurch Street Stations.

£ 7 meet up fee required {please have the right change}

It is advisable to wear adequate footwear and if it has been raining this walk will be amended to another date.
