Agile UX

Good UX and an attractive design has become essential in the creation of digital products. Agile methodologies aim to solve the problems that arise in traditional Software Development projects but it is not always clear how User Experience Design fits into these practices. This is because Software Engineering and Design are traditionally two very different processes and whereas the former focuses on good quality deliverables, the latter focuses on good quality experiences. How do we integrate User Experience Design into an Agile team then? In this session we'll talk about best practices, iterative design and Lean UX and activities and tools that the teams can use to integrate designers.
