Now you have a chance to hear SimCorp tell the story.

Program

• Welcome to SimCorp and #AgilityLab by Malene Krohn and Morten Elvang

• SimCorp's SAFe Journey by Malene Krohn

SimCorp's agile journey really started by launching the first Agile release train (ART) in April 2016 and during 10 months 8 ARTs were launched (55+ agile teams). In the process we decided to change our organization and use SAFe as an organizational blueprint. We started changing our practices and mindset and also replaced our core production system with a standard ADLM tool. We accepted that we "go all in" on scaled agile practices and that we initiated a journey in product development.

• The importance of Continuous Integration by Søren Grubov

In SimCorps SAFe journey we quickly identified an obstacle with our long lived feature branch setup and late integration of new features. This setup would hinder flow and collaboration between teams and ARTs during program increments and it would introduce an integration hell for new features with severe quality problems at the end of a development period. Join this meet-up to hear about how we mitigated the challenge and ensured we could launch all ARTs with enough continuous integration to establish flow. In addition we'll share details of our vision to replace our development infrastructure with a new foundation that is designed for continuous integration and delivery.

• Opportunity for debating and networking throughout

Welcome!

Malene and Morten
