Using improvisation techniques to create better agile teams
Forward-thinking, creativity, and collaboration are pivotal in today's fast-paced work environment. Improvisational theater, or improv, is a theater form where everything is made up on the stage - scenes, characters, stories. Improvisation is not about being funny or even performing. Instead, it's about learning to collaborate and build off other people's ideas. In this session Boyan will share how improv helps him both at work and in private life. The session will be a mixture between storytelling and workshop, where everyone can learn improv techniques. In particular, we will focus on how to:
• Embrace failure as a way to accelerate high performance
• Listen, listen, listen. Yes, listen!
• Foster a "yes, and" approach to guide you in the uncertainty
• Innovate by taking small steps out of nothing

Putting money in the hands of agile teams
More than 50% of all agile transformation ends up as cargo-cult agile. What can we do to improve this number?
What is the next step for how succesful agile teams can take more responsibility?
Money has a tendency to make things more real. Is it meaningful to ask agile teams to partake in financial decisions?
Experiences doing exactly this is what this talk is about. Join the discussion: Is this the way forward or pure utopia?
Speaker: Michael Arnoldus
