# Lessons learned in Scaling Agile at Comptel using the SAFe Framework

Abstract: In this presentation I’ll discuss how Comptel (now part of Nokia), a globally distributed telecommunications software company adopted the SAFe framework in its two business lines. We compared the challenges and success factors of the SAFe adoptions of the business lines and found big differences that made one business line clearly more successful in its adoption than the other one. I discuss these differences and the lessons learned in the presentation.
