Doo Dah Parade Participation - "Myth or Fiction?"

Details
This year the Doo Dah Parade is in November and BYS will be attending. This is one of the few public displays where anything goes - including being critical of religion.
We will be doing something different this year with our "Myth or Fiction" theme. We will be dressing up in costume with all the mythical characters, past and present, including all the gods or religious mythical figures of the past. Here are a few ideas for you to choose from: Batman, Spiderman, Santa Claus, Jesus (we can have multiple Jesus' - we have the costumes already), Zeus, Hercules, Thor, Mario brothers, Easter Bunny, Leprechaun (for small kids), Merlin, Green Arrow, Superman, Captain America, Wonder Woman and Krishna. There are so many to pick from! We'd like to see more religious characters as well - to make our point.
The planning meeting is on Nov 9 at my house (see the other Meetup event) so we can plan our custom song by Buck Bowen and our little skip we will be performing. We'll also need two people to hold our theme banner without a costume. Cost is $10 each. Pay at the event. We'll have lunch afterward at a nearby restaurant.
Please RSVP soon and let us know who you will be coming as. We won't be meeting exactly at Denny's but just north of Denny's in the staging area on Nina St. when you approach the area you will not be able to miss it.
