Where Healthy Living Meets Lifelong Friendships and Love!
Our club is all about embracing a healthy lifestyle, nurturing a positive mindset, and reveling in the beauty of nature. If you're someone who enjoys Green Exercise outdoor workouts, and can hike/walk 5-8 miles without health issues (do consult your personal physician), we invite you to join us.

For everyone's safety and convenience, we encourage carpooling among those who know each other well.
*Stunning Locations: We're fortunate living in the bay areaĀ to have shaded forests, mountain trails, and beach walks with amazing ocean sunsets nearby. Your suggestions for new areas to explore are always welcome.
*Convenient Scheduling: Enjoy our thoughtfully scheduled events, mostly in the late morning, afternoon, and evenings, to fit your personal schedule. Allowing you to get your beauty sleep, and even your morning 'errands' are merely a stylish sprint to fetch that perfect breakfast or cup of coffee.

Mental health prescription: Nature
Being in nature can boost your mood and improve mental health. Spending quality time in the great outdoors reduces stress, calms anxiety, and can lead to a lower risk of depression, according to a study done by researchers at Stanford University. In addition to having mental health benefits, being outdoors opens up your senses to your surroundings and improves your sensory perception. Taking in the sights, smells, and feelings of nature has so many health benefits it can even be prescribed by a doctor.

Montalvo is nestled in the beautiful foothills above Saratoga with 175 acres of hiking trails and gardens, expansive lawn area is a favorite site for outdoor weddings. Hiking trails above the Villa Dogs on a 6 foot leash are allowed in the upper trails only.
This 166 acre park offers a peaceful environment among formal gardens. It was built in 1912, it became a center for artistic, political, and social life in Northern CA https://montalvoarts.org

Weāll hike along the stunning coastal trail, enjoy the sound of the waves, and take a moment to appreciate the present moment together. šāØ

Lands End Trail is a favorite among both locals and visitors alike! This trail explores the historic Sutro Baths and offers great views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the Pacific Ocean. A must see for any visitor to San Francisco.
Lands End San Francisco
The Coastal Trail at Lands End in San Francisco is a gorgeous spot for hiking, but most visitors to the city don't know it's there.
Early History
San Francisco was originally inhabited by the Ohlone Indians. An archeological site at Lands End was dated at 150 A.D., but there is evidence that Indians had been living in San Francisco for around 3,000 years. They had seasonal camps where the Sutro Baths ruins are now, eating seafood and hunting seals; archeologists found their garbage dumps, more politely known as middens.
Hiking the Lands End Trail
The Lands End Coastal Trail is walkway that starts just above the Cliff House, then winds in and out of the woods and along the edge of the bluffs, and ends in a ritzy residential area (Sea Cliff) near China Beach.

The way down is quite steep, but there is a stairway to follow. It's a small, rocky beach, good for relaxing and watching the breaking waves, but too rough (and cold) for swimming.
Mile Rock Beach
Another branch of the same path will take you down to the mini-beach, Mile Rock Beach, at the foot of Lands End Point.
Mile Rock Beach-Tiny, but cool!
It secluded the beach at the entrance to San Francisco Bay, a scene of many shipwrecks, but a pretty detour off the gorgeous.

Fresh sea air, breathtaking views, and the soothing sounds of the waves await.š Come make new friends, recharge your body, and let the healing magic of the ocean lift your spirit. Because nothing beats a little seaside therapy for our physical health and mental well-being! š
Rockaway Beach is located Pacifica, CA that offers scenic views. "This is a great place to hike and to enjoy the great views of the Pacifica coastline. There are trails that hug the coastline climb up to the hilltop for panoramic views."
MORI POINT
Spectacular 360 degrees ocean view. This place has a lot of that here. And most of all, it also has an impeccable view of the sunset. Take advantage of the free sunset show only at Mori Point.
ROCKAWAY BEACH
Watch the sun drop below the horizon at Rockaway Beach. This hidden gem in the Pacifica is a sight to behold. You can learn surfing while waiting for the sun to set or enjoy your afternoon snack at a nearby restaurant while waiting for the sun to KISS the OCEAN.
