CRAFTY WELL TAKES A BREAK OVER SCHOOL HOLIDAYS. WE WILL RECOMMENCE WEDNESDAY, 8th MAY Come and join in at our Wednesday evening Craft and 5D Diamond art group in Wellard. Put your creative skills to work in a friendly environment, have a catch up and craft with like minded people. What to bring: • A project to start or one you'd like to finish • Craft materials and any equipment • A gold coin for the tea lady • And a friendly smile Every Wednesday 7pm - 9pm Venue: John Wellard Community Centre, Wellard, Corner of Runnymede Gate and The Strand. Venue: Ruth Faulkner Public Library, 215 Wright Street Cloverdale Meditation can help reduce stress, pain, anxiety and depression; increase focus, clarity, sleep, happiness and productivity; and create emotional balance. Join Hana in the back meeting room at Ruth Faulkner Public Library to take part in this weekly commitment to your health. $2 donation. Bring a cushion or yoga mat to sit on. Ask for Hana at the front counter.

Walking Waratah

Canning Vale Medical Centre

Remember to bring your own water and wear shoes suitable for walking. Nicole, one of the nurses at the centre, and Jane form Befriend, will lead us on a social walk through the local area. Please be prompt - the walk starts from Canning Vale Medical Centre at 8.30. Suitable for varying levels of fitness. If by chance it is raining on the day, we will move to the nearby cafe and have a coffee and chat instead. The cafe takes cash and card.
