What we're about

Black Women's Alliance of Denver is dedicated to cultivating a sisterhood of women in the metro area committed to growth, positive change, and 'Wellness on Every Level'. This is safe zone where women are embraced as we are, regardless of religion, orientation, age, education, or profession. Our intention is to encourage each other as we live passionately and on-purpose. Black Women's Alliance of Denver is about thriving, supporting and nurturing our individual growth as well as each others' right here at home. Online sisterhood is amazing, yet there's so much more we can do when we get together in person. BWA is host to year-round outdoor events as well as indoor workshops and retreats aimed at empowering us and igniting our sense of adventure in body, mind and spirit. Welcome to BWA.
