Happy Hour for 6, MOM'S Pizza & Pasta
Sorrento Valley, 5330 Carroll Canyon, San Diego, CA, USI have been promising to schedule this Happy Hour for a month now.
Mom's won the BEST PIZZA for happy hour and it went up against some pretty stiff competition. 3422 Tripp Ct STE A in Sorrento Valley, one exit before or after La Jolla, depending if you are going south or north.
Meetup is making it hard to show you on a map, so please map it yourself!
If you can join us for Happy Hour at 4pm, great! Amazing choices and prices for food and drink. If you want to come later, let me know.
We assume it will be 4pm - 6pm, but it could go later. Happy hour ends at 4:30pm. You must text me your name and Mom's, and we will save you a seat. If you are going to run late, I can order for you and keep it in the warmer drawer. And as long as you text me, even if we sell out, we can save you a seat!
And if you want to meet me there earlier (around 3:30pm) let me know and we'll do it!
Just go online or call and ask what your choices are and I will make it happen for you!
Again, this is seriously good pizza, seriously good Italian Food off the dinner menu, and this is one of those events you will thank me for inviting you to, years from now!

The Art of Banksy, Del Mar Fairgrounds
Del Mar, Coast Blvd., CA, USHi Foodie Friend! When I lived in LA, Banksy was a very big thing. He is one of the first Graffiti guys to paint on buildings and have his artwork actually touch you emotionally.

I can't get meetup to get the location right. So just put Del Mar Fairgrounds in your GPS, if you are going on your own.
It was very exciting to see another go up in the overnight! All of a sudden there would be new artwork on the side of the building, instead of what we see as artwork today, simply gangs marking their territory.
Should be a fun late afternoon into early evening. It's only an hour. We can go see that and have dinner afterwards.

24 Suns, 3375 Mission Ave, Oceanside, CA, USThis will be our 2nd time reviewing 24 Suns. They could call it "24 Yum". Soooo good.
This is a group of highly qualified (former Michelin trained) chefs coming at us with a whole new Chinese experience.
Instead of doing their Tasting Menu, we will eat a la carte. Otherwise, with tax and tip this one would be almost $185 per person!
A lot less to dine a la carte and we still get to enjoy a nice tasting, ordering 4 dishes and maybe a side or two.
We are eating early at the request of some of our members, so they can eat with us and then enjoy the rest of their evening out elsewhere. I call that a double header!
Any who ..... I am giving a credit card for this reservation. Please Zelle $20 to 619-851-0808. You get to support our group plus you get back $10 at dinner.
Remember: most of our events sell out within days of when they go up. Some sell out within hours, like Lilo.
