Forchettina, 252 N El Camino Real Ste 5, Encinitas, CA, USIf you eat meat and these aren't your favorite meatballs, I will be surprised! This is a young couple for Sicily and Naples. She is in the kitchen. He runs the front. So charming. So cool. And he comes in to make the meatballs, early morning before his shift.
To give you an idea of how good this food is: That's where my family took me for lunch for my birthday because that's the food I wanted to eat. Great Cesar Salad, great Pizza, Great Meatballs, Hand made in house Pasta and amazing desserts, in addition to great wine I don't see anywhere else.
That's why I've booked it. It's for locals. That's why I am taking you there.

Well this location is specifically to have you do tastings paired with Food. You don't know what you don't know.
We can decide whether we want to do a tasting menu or simply arrive at 5 PM for our planned happy hour. We decide!
Making this a table of four to start. If three of you would like to ride with me you are more than welcome to. I may even Uber us!
And if we get a bigger response I'll expand the table. Originally I wanted to stop collecting deposits of $30 and returning $20 for dinner but when I tried that we got people canceling last minute left and right.
So even though the video that is up that tells you how much I really don't wanna do this .... we are back to sending by Zelle to 619-851-0808 $30 for every restaurant event and receiving $20 back at dinner, in order to reserve a seat for you.
This should be an experience. Looking forward to doing something different and more educational with the group!
