One of the nice things about Rust is how easy it is to create command line applications. In this course we are going to learn how to get started to write a simple CLI tool.

• Requirements: Background in programming. You don’t need to know Rust for this
• The course will take place even if there is only one student.

Python is not a purely functional language, rather it is a multi paradigm language that allows us to write procedural, object oriented and functional style code. It also allows us to mix these styles. There are several tools in Python that enable us to write code in the functional programming style such as map, filter, list comprehension and more. In this course we will learn about these tools. Along the presentation you’ll also get assignments so you can practice what we learned.

In this course we are going to learn how to write Object Oriented code in Perl using the classical OOP system. It is extremely useful both for writing new applications and to maintain existing code-bases that are written in an Object Oriented style.
