You'll share and learn directly from your peers, with discussions professionally facilitated by three local Customer Success consultants. Due to the popularity of this subject, we offer two dates and locations this month--Denver on June 15 and Boulder on June 23.
1. Bring a metric to SHARE--One that works for you and could be helpful to your peers. Be ready to describe what it is, how it's calculated, and why it's important to your business.
2. Bring a metric you need to DEFINE. Chances are you'll bring home a lot of great ideas!
