Details

The Hispanic Chamber of Metro Denver has agreed to put this event under their umbrella. So this event has now become part of a bigger project of engaging underserved and communities of color.

Minorities and Women are dramatically underrepresented in Tech, for example, Hispanics makeup 21% of the population and only account for 3% of the Tech workforce. Women makeup close to 50% of the population and only represent 16% of the workforce.
While Tech has talked a good diversity game, the results should challenge everyone and hopefully ask "What is the real cost of this under-representation?"
Please join The Hispanic Chamber of Metro Denver and Colorado Technical Sales Roundtable as we talk about this issue and learn how what each of us can do moving forward to lift everyone's tide.
