Sign up to our public slack workspace to join the community: - The intention of this group is to be interactive, collaborative and innovative in learning and sharing knowledge about all things Customer Success. If you want to meet other Customer Success professionals in an informal environment then come and join us. Whether you are completely new to Customer Success or an experienced professional doesn't matter, what matters is that you are interested in learning from others and sharing your own ideas, thoughts, and experiences. 
In past meet-ups, we have explored Customer Success methodology and strategy, segmentation, CS tooling, scalability, customer feedback, health scores and KPIs and a ton of other best practices.
