Web3- talking to the blockchain with JavaScript - Jason McGinnis
As blockchains come in to their next level of maturity the there is a need to have a set of standard tools for interaction and control. Web3 is becoming that standard interface to the blockchain and it enables users to select a blockchain that has the core functionality they require while interacting with that blockchain with a standard toolkit --Web3. We will discuss how we are building our node/react web3 interface to our custom PoA blockchain and the advantages of using Web3 as a standard interface.
Jason McGinnis is the director of Colorado Community Currency a non profit company building a distributed ledger based local currency for Denver.
