1- organise events dedicated to specific topics (e.g. disposable batteries, HVAC for electric vehicles, etc.) - enough with "what's the future of HW"

2- foster the network between startups and corporates by organising and inviting R&D stars for each event

3- Provide tools and mentorship from industry experts - enough with "innovation evangelists"
