What we're about

A fitness and socializing group for anyone 55 and above, "Baby Boomers", who like to stay fit, active, and healthy!
You don't necessarily have to be in that age range to be a part of our group, but if you love staying fit in the daytime, live a (reasonably) healthy lifestyle, love exercise in a group setting, and (it helps) if you love the popular culture of the time period when most "Baby Boomers" were growing up (rock n' roll, drive in movies, etc.), then this group is for you!

We meet at a variety of locations in the Tri City for group exercise classes and we also do after exercise get togethers (pot lucks) with either a retro '50's/'60's movie show, or just hanging out after.

The whole point is to stay healthy, stay fit, keep moving with exercise classes designed for Baby Boomers, and most of all, to have FUN!

Mixed Aerobics and Strength

New Class! Fit, Fun, n' Over 50 (named after our group!) 30 minutes of fun and high energy aerobics and 30 minutes of strength training with bands and weights. Wear loose, comfortable workout clothes and shoes and if you are going to the ground (which is NOT required), then please bring a yoga mat. Rockin' Rollin' Aerobics

Low Impact Aerobics is characterized as an exercise where you keep one foot on the floor at all times. This class will promote physical fitness and increase your heart-rate while limiting the wear and tear on your joints. Low-impact aerobics will energize you and help burn calories. Join us and make some new friends while you get in shape. Please wear loose comfortable gym clothes and shoes and bring a water bottle and towel. Sitting and Standing Strength

Stability, strength training with weights and bands, and gentle stretching with chair Yoga exercises will be utilized to increase strength and flexibility, as well as muscular endurance.
