Hi, this month we are pleased to have Saleswhale hosting our meetup in their office.
Saleswhale (YC S16) helps sales and marketing teams align and work better together, by deploying an AI sales assistant to make sure no lead is left behind.
Saleswhale is deployed in Fortune 500 and publicly-listed enterprises such as Randstad Group, Cisco, (IT not approved) Zendesk, Adecco, General Assembly, UNIT4; working with hundreds of marketing teams and thousands of sales reps globally to generate more topline revenue.
Saleswhale was founded in late 2015, was one of the few Singapore / South East Asian companies to graduate from the Y Combinator program, and has raised S$10 million to date to realise their vision of placing an AI Assistant in every enterprise.

ABSTRACT FOR #4
Open source game playing AIs have come a long way since the first closed sourced programs defeated the best human players. Stockfish, an open source Chess AI, is currently the top ranked chess program. In the game of Go, open source programs efforts are underway to replicate the results published by the DeepMind team on the AlphaGo AI. This talk introduces the algorithms employed by game playing AIs and the various open source projects you can participate in.
MANY THANKS AGAIN to our sponsor
Max's company Saleswhale is generously sponsoring refreshments and food. We will also adjourn for supper & drinks nearby.
NOTE: Please suggest if you have other ideas to share that evening.
Last month Tony suggested his reading reviews and we enjoyed that open chat. This month, we have Melvin sharing as well.
