What we’re about
The vision of NVC Geneva (Nonviolent Communication Geneva) is to support connection, harmony and alternatives to violence at the personal, community and global level.
In various ways, we unite and inspire each other to effectively support access to NVC to the international community in and around Geneva.
We will study and apply together Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in English.
This is a revolutionary way of relating authentically with yourself and others through building consciousness around: Empathy and Self-Empathy, Compassion, Emotional Freedom, Self-Expression among others essential elements!
The goal is to grow our capacity to communicate and exist in Truth from the Heart.

This practice session is facilitated by Galina and the theme is "Self-empathy in a stuck place" related to Chapter 9 "Connecting Compassionately with Ourselves" and Chapter 5 "Taking Responsibility for Our Feelings" from Marshall Rosenberg's book "Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life". Participants are encouraged to read at least those chapters before the session, for best learning and practice benefits. We are going to use NVC dance floors, inspired from http://www.nvcdancefloors.com.
