What we're about

The Lewis Carroll Society has been going since in 1969 with the aim of encouraging research into the life and works of Lewis Carroll (Charles Lutwidge Dodgson). The Society has members around the world, including many leading libraries and institutions, authors, researchers and many who simply enjoy Carroll's books and want to find out more about the man and his work. There are regular meetings to discuss aspects of his work. Regular attendees will be encouraged to join the Society.

Let's celebrate the work of the people who entered 'The LCS Writing Competition – The Missing Chapter!.

A pre-Christmas gathering will let you hear a selection of the entries. These are funny, creative and entertaining. It was a difficult job for the judges to make a selection as the entries were so good. Entries came from Hong Kong, India, Surrey, Europe and the US, amongst others.
