Mark your calendars - the National Day of Civic Hacking (NDoCH) is August 11th!

This year, OpenOakland is excited to partner with various State of California departments for this year's theme: Finding solutions to provide access to safe drinking water for all Californians. The event will be focused on the State of California GovOps' Safe Drinking Water Data Challenge (http://waterchallenge.data.ca.gov/).

OpenOakland will be facilitating a design-a-thon from 10AM-4PM on August 11th at Oakstop. We welcome all hackers, designers, communicators, and community members to help brainstorm solutions to California’s unsafe drinking water problem. No coding experience is necessary.

Hope to see you there!
