Join us for the Friday bike ride. 25 mile bike ride at a C pace (12-14 MPH).
We will meet at the Taunton Blvd back entrance to the Village of Taunton Forge Parking lot.

• Please bring your bike tools, tubes, pumps and LIGHTS.

I will cancel before 8:00 am if it is raining or the road conditions are unsafe.
Remember - there are no bathrooms at the Taunton Forge Parking Lot.

We did this last couple of years and had a blast. So...We'll do it again this year.

A little less than 30 miles round trip. This will be a fun and easy ride from our campground right outside of Avalon on route 9 to Cold Springs Village in Cape May and back via the Middle Township/Cold Springs Bike Paths. All flat paved bike path. Some roads. This will be a leisurely ride. No breakaways. Nobody left behind. The bike path will take us past the Avalon Golf course, and the Cape May Zoo to name a few highlights. Pack a lunch, bring plenty of water. Helmets required. Spare tube just in case. Sorry, no electronic waivers, sign in when you arrive.

Here's the game plan:
We'll meet at Sea Pines Campground (see directions for the location) located off route 9 just outside of Avalon. Lennie & I will be camping there all weekend. We'll have info on our campsite the day before the ride (we wont know till then). We'll have gate info then too. Come in, find outr site, they'll be overflow parking at the bathhouses for everyone. From there we'll sign in and gear up. We'll head through the campground and out the back right on to the bike path and head to Cold Springs (Bathrooms available before we start). Once at Cold Springs, we'll take a break, eat some lunch etc. Then head back.

Once back at the campground, everyone is welcome back to our campsite where we'll get a fire going and hang out and grill some hotdogs. Of course this is NOT part of the club activity. We'll provide the hot dogs & rolls and water, feel free to bring something to share (not required) and your own beverage. Some games will be set up to play.

Join me on a D ride on Long Beach Island from Brant Beach to Holgate at the southern end of LBI. We will ride along Ocean Avenue at a 10-12 mile an hour pace. Round trip is approximately 15 miles.

Helmets a must!!!! Front and back light are helpful. Carry a spare tire too. Bring water and a snack

Helmets are required!!!🥰. Bathrooms are available at the start and at Holgate.
