Batsto to Jemima Mount and Back with Mike

Batsto Visitors Center

You just gotta love these winter rides in the woods. I'm thinking of riding out to the infamous Jemima Mount, located in the middle-of-nowhere of the Wharton Forest. How many of you have ever seen this hill? It has taken a beating over the years from all the off-roaders scarring it up with their machines, but it is still there. This place is so out there, I hate to do it by myself. Even in daylight, I worry about being caught by the Jersey Devil. This is a direct out and back with a total of around 12-14 miles on old Piney roads and some trails. On the way out and back we will pass through the lonely ghost town of Mount and take our break. The rider should know their limitations. Mountain bikes only. I will probably have a beer and eats at the West End Grill in Hammonton after the ride to celebrate. Mike:[masked]
