Hi! My name is Carrie. I'm a Clinical Nutritionist based in Newport Beach and I believe 100% in the bodies ability to heal itself if given what it needs. Exercise, nutrition, good skin care, and good posture are HUGE players in getting and staying healthy! I believe that health is a journey, and in this day and age, the journey can be tough, and super confusing. There are may conflicting ideas about what's healthy out there, so I'm here to help YOU get back in tune with your body! Eating well but having a sedentary lifestyle isn't take care of you. Using great skin care but not eating right will also leave you feeling out of balance. Having poor posture will cause you pain and weakeness, numbness, etc.

I've found that weight loss is so much more than counting calories and cutting carbs. If your liver can't burn fat properly, you won't lose weight. If you've eaten sugar and carbs for years and are riding the insulin rollercoaster, weight loss will be difficult. If you have horrible cravings and/or yeast/pH issues, weight loss will be difficult. If you're constantly bloated, gassy, nauseous, tired, and craving sugar you're fighting a discouraging uphill battle. If you workout and feel abnormally exhausted, fatigued and lightheaded afterwards, your body is trying to tell you something.
I've lost 30 lbs, gotten rid of fibromyalgia, pre-diabetes, digestion and hormones issues, and eradicated my chronic fatigue, so I kknow it can be done, and I also know it can seem daunting, and confusting. Eating clean is gone thing, and it's a great start, but you have to identify your dysfunctions and deficiencies and know how to address them to truly see lasting change.
In this 2 hour workshop you're going to learn about the adrenals, the liver, blood sugar, thyroid function, and how all of these organs and systems take a beating on a daily basis.
This is going to be a small group of 10 so that we can share and address people's individual concerns in the time we have.
We'll cover blood type and how that affects stress handling, sleep, energy, weight loss and what kind of exercise you need.
You'll go home with: a binder full of recipes specific to your needs, a report based on your symptoms, dysfunctions and deficiencies, with clear instructions and guidance to help you find YOUR balance.
Location will be emailed to participants, but it is in Aliso Viejo.
Must pay ahead so we can prepare enough binders, snacks, etc.
