Please join me for an exploration into the depths of your being. Conscious "circular" breathing is a simple but powerful process - a non verbal path to healing. As we breathe deeply in a connected rhythm, physical tension, emotional stress and blockages dissolve. The result is a greater sense of aliveness and joy - a fuller expression of life!
There will be an opening circle with time for group introductions and simple meditation. The breathwork process will be about 1 hour and 15 minutes. The music of Innerdance will be played to help facilitate the space and carry the group through a series of waves - a magical experience to be had.
