The sessions doesn’t just work up a sweat; it revives and nurtures our natural instincts to help us move better through life and meet unexpected demands. Keeping up with your little ones, hauling heavy loads to a new home, or going on a spur-of-the-moment trekking holiday could be just some of them. 5 things you might want to know about PlayBeats! 1. The Play sessions are meant to empower you, lift you and charge you with positive energy, so that you radiate happiness, confidence and love.
2. Our coaches hold globally recognised fitness certifications with years of experience delivering results, yet we each have a unique personal style with a big heart to share.
3. Safety is our top priority. We promise a fun-filled, fast-paced adrenaline surge, so you might lose yourself a little in the moment, but we always have an eye on you to prevent any injuries. #YOLO – skydive or paraglide, break a bone and think it’s worth it? Maybe! But definitely not with us!
4. Play programs change every session. We repeat the hot faves once in a while, so you’ll get to do them only if you stay long enough! There’s little or no equipment involved. We create easy or advanced routines through variations in bodyweight movement.
5. Play is what we all do as kids, just for the fun of it and using anything at hand, or nothing at all. We challenge each other to a race, or hop from one red tile to the next across a multi-coloured tiled floor. Remember how it felt?
