Ask an Atheist at "Wherever There's A Fight" Author talk/exhibit FREE

Details
Wherever There's A Fight: How Runaway Slaves, Suffragists, Immigrants, Strikers and Poets Shaped Civil Liberties in California with authors Elaine Elinson and Stan Yogi. The authors will share stories of unsung heroes and heroines - many from Sacramento who fought for freedom and social justice.
This FREE event should inspire us atheists to hang in there, hearing raw stories from other people who cared so much about their freedoms to become unsung heroes for the rest of us.
Wear your bright blue "Ask an Atheist" t-shirt - this is a perfect venue for being available to others to display your pride and be available for questions, if any should arise. Usually we get a thumbs-up much more often than a question. If you hear a question you can't answer simply say you don't know. There's nothing wrong with that. Buy your shirt from Judy (email or comment below) for $10. I'll have shirts there, too, in my car, if you need to buy one there. We wear the shirts for visibility - now is the most crucial time for atheists to come out in our communities. We wear the shirts to dispel myths, show that we don't have horns, and generally just be available if anyone does have a question.
