About us
This group is a resource for astrologers and people interested in astrology in the Sacramento area. Our main focus is the organization of monthly meetings and workshops in order to help teach and promote various forms of astrology.
The Sacramento NCGR Chapter hosts several types of meetings. We generally have a monthly meeting that centers around a talk from a well-known astrologer. Our speakers include local astrologers, nationally known astrologers and astrologers that travel internationally to speak at our meetings. We also sponsor smaller, more specialized meetings.
This group is a great place for astrologers to meet, network and share knowledge.
Our members include professionals, astrological enthusiasts and newcomers, all are welcome! NCGR (National Council for Geocosmic Research) is one of the largest national astrological organizations.

Cost: NCGR Members: $35, Non-Members: $50Major life events appear simultaneously in the charts of connected family members. The Universe organizes timing across family systems in a remarkably ordered way, and this workshop explores how those patterns become visible through events.
We will examine how family members are connected through shared degree patterns within the same modalities and how transits activate multiple charts at once, revealing the underlying architecture of collective patterns.
Using the modal cross as a foundational predictive framework and structural lens, we will learn to track how events move through a family system, revealing both individual experiences and shared timing.
Through real chart examples and participant charts, we will practice using multi-synastry techniques and transit wheels to understand how collective family events unfold and how prediction becomes significantly more precise when we expand our perspective beyond a single chart and begin working with the family system as a whole.
We’ll explore:- The modal cross as a structural framework for family systems and predictive astrology
- How transits and family events activate multiple charts simultaneously
- Why prediction becomes more precise when working with interconnected charts

French-born and California-based, Estelle California is an evolutionary and predictive astrologer and a recording artist. Her practice bridges technical research and spiritual insight, focusing on the grand orchestration of timing, karma, and collective cycles. Her work explores the hidden architecture beneath subconscious patterns, trauma, and the soul’s evolutionary intent, revealing the structured coherence within chaos and the larger intelligence at work through both personal and historical events. She studies how planetary cycles shape individual lives and collective movements, and how hardship, survival strategies, and pivotal life experiences become catalysts for purpose, power, and transformation. This work comes together in “Forged”, a Pluto-based course for individuals and practitioners that reframes the subconscious survival patterns in the birth chart as the precise training for personal power.
