San Francisco Bay Area Jewish Hikers

The club members participate in hikes and social events throughout the Bay Area. We hike at a relaxed to moderate pace to allow time for rest stops and photos. Hikes are typically 3 to 8 miles long, with light to moderate elevation gain, although we also schedule some longer and more challenging hikes. Optional pre-hike or post-hike activities may include picnics, dining out, movies, live music, or local art festivals.

Some of our hikes are dog friendly (if indicated in individual hike descriptions). We invite all who are interested, Jewish or not, to join us in any of our activities.

These are opportunities to meet old friends and to make new friends. RSVPs for events are encouraged, but not required.

We ask $1.00 per event participant to defray costs. If you have questions, please contact the hike leader.
