Hello Conduits,

Have you ever felt stuck in life, unable to make forward progress towards your goals? If so, it’s time to be inspired to break your mental chains and get out of your comfort zone!

Our March meeting will offer three unique breakout sessions focused on giving you the techniques to overcome your fears, doubts, and insecurities enabling you to improve your overall self-esteem and confidence.

You will have your choice of picking one of three sessions to attend:

Connect Breakout Session
Adam Rudder: Increase Connection & Engagement Through Play!

This fun and laughter-filled workshop will help you discover the power of play (and why connection is vital for the success of teams). This interactive session uses purposeful play, experiential group exercises, and gentle improvisation techniques as tools to better help you connect and engage with others.

Inform Breakout Session
Anna Lee Ambrose: Fueling a Career with Purpose

Do you ever get that feeling of sadness, stress, anxiety or frustration when you know the weekend’s about to end? Or maybe you’re glad you have a job, but it’s not ideal, and the initial excitement is no longer there? If you want to get excited about Mondays again and see a clearer career path in life, this session is for you. Learn how the power of perspective can enable us to step out of our comfort zones, unlocking our ability to make career choices that feel authentic to us.

Empower Breakout Session
Angela Minardi: Empowering a Healthy Lifestyle

Looking for ways to boost your healthy lifestyle? This session will lead attendees on a short guided meditation followed by a few Tai Chi / Chi Gong movements that you can do from your desk.
