SDTH members are referred to as Conduits. They represent a connection point in our local community helping to share their knowledge, expertise, and resources towards creating a pathway for others.

See all- Community Impact Series: Volunteer for Coastal Cleanup Day! 🌊San Dieguito Lagoon , Del Mar, CA
Conduits, it's once again time to take a break from our screens and venture out in nature to help our community! 🌎
We'll be volunteering with nonprofit I Love a Clean San Diego to clean up the San Dieguito Lagoon in Del Mar as part of Coastal Cleanup Day. 🌊
Not only will you be helping to preserve our beautiful planet, you'll also get fresh air and exercise while connecting with friendly people!
All clean-up supplies will be provided, and there will be a short orientation and safety talk by the I Love a Clean San Diego site captain, Tracey Claesson. Then we'll be off to the trails to remove litter and prevent it from washing away to the coast.
After the clean-up, we'll head over the Brewer's Deck (top level) at Sky Deck in Del Mar where we can order drinks or food and chat with our new friends. 🍻

There is plenty of parking available in the shopping center right next to the trail as well as street parking. There is a bus stop (Via De La Valle & San Andres Dr) that is a 5 minute walk to the meeting spot.
